What are some good bag-lunch ideas for school?

I'm a junior in high school.
I'm allergic to shellfish...

I'm going back to school tomorrow and I need some good bag lunch ideas. I have a little icepack I can use but its more of a hassle.

Throw some ideas out there please :D

how about make a veggie salad with carrots, viniger, oil, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, broccoli, red and green peppers. then pack some apple juice and if your not a veggie person by chipolata then eat it cold! it fills you up quite well.

At what point in life was it OK for public schools to start searching bagged lunches and confiscating Hostess?

Remember, they search the bagged lunched against Michelle's "inspired" criteria. Then they'll confiscate and force students to eat a cafeteria lunch which has been sanctioned under Michelle's guidelines.

After, they were granted that with the latest and greatest healthy food initiative for our schools. I still don't see how chicken nuggets made out of who knows what is healthy. Wait, there's more to it then searching and snatching lunches, weight is now within the parameters of the school and the health care bill. The schools will be required by 14 to weigh and assess all kids then report it to the national data base. The federal government through the health care bill has the authority to educate parents on health eating habits and life styles, if they don't change. They can now take the kids. Pass it to know what's in it.
