Love the l
Shakespeare's "The Seven Ages of Man". I need a main idea for each of the seven ages.
Answer
One man in his lifetime plays many parts.Just as a drama is divided into many acts ,so is a man's life made up of seven ages.
At first,he plays the , he plays the role of an infant always crying and vomiting milk in the nurse's arms
Second stage: He plays the role of a complaining school boy,who carrying his school bag is not willing to go to school.
Third stage: He becomes the lover.he sighs like a furnace, and writes a song or poem expressing the pains of unfulfilled love and is written to celebrate the beauty of his mistress
Fourth stage: he is a soldier. He is stocked with violent and boastful oaths with a beard on his chin just like that of a leopard's ,very quick to defend his honor, quick and hasty in quarrel and ready to sacrifice his life at the mouth of the cannon to get fame which is empty and short lived as a bubble.
Fifth stage : There comes the magistrate, well fed with chicken, with his bulging belly with his severe eyes and well trimmed beard, full of good sayings and commonplace observations, and thus he plays his part on the stage of the world
The sixth stage changes one into a weak old man in slippers, with glasses on the nose and the purse on the side, now he uses his youthful stockings, which he had saved carefully, are now too big for his thin legs , and his mannish voice changes again into the high pitched voice of a child and utters everything in shrill ,hoarse whispers .
The last stage of life(7nth) which puts an end to the wonderful and eventful history of man. This is the second childhood , complete forgetfulness ,without teeth ,without eyes, without taste, without everything
hope i helped!
