What Is a good bedtime routine for a 12 year old?

I need at routine like at 6:00 ..... and also what is a reasonable time for a 13 year old to go to bed?

Answer
6pm - Complete all homework
6.30pm - Unpack school bag & organise books/clothing etc for the next day
7pm - Dinner
7.30pm - Shower
7.45 - 9pm- TV/Computer Relaxation time
9pm - 9.30pm - Reading - quiet time in bedroom

9.30pm seems a reasonable time for bed/lights out during the week - maybe later on weekends depending on the kid and what sport they have on etc over the weekend!
