Answer
I'm going to Grade 8 next year so I've already been through this(: All schools are different, so depending on where you go it may differ a bit, but the general things you'll need will be the same. First of all, the things you'll be needing for Grade 7 aren't that much more or different than what you needed for Grade 6 so don't worry about it too much.

Here is what you'll defineitly need ;;
**Backpack -- Go for a medium sized bag. Don't go for HUGE bag thinking that you'll need a lot of space for Grade 7. The amount of work you'll get for Grade 7 is pretty much the same as Grade 6. But remember not to go for a bag that's too small either(;
** Binder -- Buy a 1 1/2'' or 2'', they're the perfect size to hold your agenda and handouts.
** Dividers -- Instead of having tons of binders or folders, it's much easier to buy one big binder with dividers for each subject inside. This way you'll never forget anything(:
**Folder -- You'll want to have this, just in case for homework or any loose handouts/notes.
**Lined Paper -- If your school is anything like mine, you'll have to take down A LOT of notes, so you'll want to have some paper handy.
**Pencil Case
**Pencils -- I recommend LED pencils rather than normal ones, they're more easier to work with.
**LED -- This depends of whether you'll be having LED pencils or not.
**Sharper -- If you decide to go for normal pencils, you'll need a sharpener with you. Not all teachers have sharpeners in there classroom so you want to be prepared.
**Pens -- Have both blue and red. Blue for writing and red for marking.
**Erasor
**Ruler -- Dont go for a long 30cm ruler, a 15cm will be fine.
**Calculator -- You dont need a super scientific expensive calculator, a small basic one will do.

Here are a few things that are optional ;;
**Geometry Set -- You may or may not need one, but it's good to have one just in case for Math.
**Pencil Crayons/Markers/Glue/Scissors -- Most schools provide these supplies when there's work in the class that requires them. [But for projects and homework, things that you do at home, you'll probobly need them in the longrun, so it's good to be supplied with these items]
**Student Planner/Agenda -- My school actually provides these with the back-to-school package, but if your school doesn't, I strongly suggest you go to Staples and buy one. It really helps you throughout the school year to jot down all your homework and when projects are due:D
**Locker Acessories -- I had lockers ever since Grade 6 but if you didn't, you'll probably get lockers in Grade 7. So you'll want to decorate you're locker with some cute accessories. Maybe a few cute magnets, shelves, baskets, photots, a mirror, etc. etc.
**Combination Lock -- My school also provides a basic standard Dudley lock with the back-to-school package. If your school doesn't you should buy one, they usually have some really cute looking locks with cool designs and fun colours in stores [such as Staples]
**Dictionary -- You proboly have an English dictionary at home. Even though classes provide this for when you need it, if you have French as a subject, try buying a French/English dictionary, it'll really come in handy when you have French projects or homework.
**Lunchbag -- You can buy a lunchbag, or you can brown paper bag it like me(: Better yet, you can just bring a plastic bag from home with your lunch in it, and you'll save some money there(;

So yep. That's basiclly all you'll need. I hope this helps. And I hope you have an amazing Grade 7 year! [I know I did(;]
