I like American eagle and claire's but i am not really into all the high expensive brands, i cannot really afford it and plus the stores are all located in Vancouver, and i don't have the time to go to Vancouver just to buy a cute tote. I need also a nice dress, Any suggestions?

ok, here are some clearance dresses from Delia's. I love Delia's because they have great salkes online & you won't have to waste gas driving to vancouver! =)
