I want to buy a pair of trainers, a bag, a coat and a pencil case for school. I have a limit of £60 for all of it. Any good websites or shops near Cardiff to buy cheapish Nike stuff.

do punchbags come prefilled when u buy then from a reltailer such as argos or jjb. Also if they do, what are they usually filld with. Please dont say air and water becuase they are useless. thanks

yer they are pre-filled. usually with peaces of fabric compressed depending on how firm the manufacture company want the bag. Old school bags an conditioning bag sometimes sand and rice
