Is this rolling backpack too nerdy for high school?

Q. I was wondering if it would be ok to use a jansport superbreak wheeled backpack in brown for high school, just because i don't want to strain my back so much, even though i know they can be nerdy...

mean kids have a tendency of kicking those. anyone i know who has ever use them hasnt used them long because some random jerk thought it would be funny to kick it.

Im all for homework, but do kids really use rolling backpacks?

My son had one. We had a two mile, each way, walk. That's a long walk. He was in fifth grade and had lots of homework due to advanced classes. It was too long of a walk to have that heavy thing on his back. If you'd actually read up on it you'd see that kids are having serious back problems from heavy back packs. Right now he has a regular one, the wheels on the other backpack wore out! But he goes to a closer school now, so I'm not sure if he'll need one or not. It's still a mile walk.
