Not too sure what you mean by the way you asked your question. Maybe you mean what to take to school on Valentines Day ? If that is it get some plastic zip lock bags and put some candy kisses in them and give them to your friends. If there is someone you want to ask to be your Valentine get a cute card and give that to them.

How about bagging up those little Hershey kisses and Hershey hugs in netting and selling them for students, and parents alike, to give to sweethearts, secret admires etc. ? You can print out little tags pretty cheaply so that they can personalize them :)
