I want to customize my school bag...?

I just bought a new school bag, and i like the style and shape, but its a bit boring.. any ideas of how to customise it? its grey & its a messenger bag..

those pin button things with pictures, keychains of you and your friends, patches...doodle on it with sharpie, put logo stickers on it...the possibilities are endless. go wild. :]

I'm looking for a new school bag. I go to a prep school and we are required to wear uniforms. We wear what essentially looks like a suit

I go to a prep school as well !I do believe it depends on the look your aiming for because the one with coach's logo is like flashier vs. the other bag that could possibly be a classic piece.
