When I was a little boy I like to go outside and play in the yard. As a boy I had toy trucks and cars I kept in my book bag. All my friends and cousins would come to my house to play video games. As a boy I liked to climb the tree in my backyard. As a boy, I never liked to eat my vegetables. I was a child that had a lot of hair. I was very social and liked to talk to other children and adults. My friends were a mix of boys and girls and they were all a lot of fun. I could sleep in as late as i wanted when i was really little. My mom would make me sit at the table until I ate them. That really did not work because I would just sit there. Our neighborhood had a lot of kids, and we spent all summer playing.
We considered an entire two or three blocks to be our private playground, playing hide-and-seek or war. When I went to school I played basketball will all the bigger kids. I used to play soccer for my school. I was very misbehaved as a little boy. I was always in timeout and detention. At recess everyone would play softball so I would try to play but the older kids would always take my turn. Then they saw I was really good so they let me play.
In the summer I would go to camp with my brothers for the whole summer. At camp I played capture the flag and had water balloon fights. At camp we did a lot of fun activities and games. When we got back home everyone would want to know how it went. As a boy, me and my friends would ride ours bikes around the neighborhood and have races. I would always win and we all got left with scares. We had a dog when I was younger as well. The dog was very rough and playful. The first time I saw him, he knock me over. Summer was always a wonderful time. The swimming pool always opened the Monday after school was out, and Malcom and I were always allowed to use the one dollar refund of our school book deposit fee to buy a summer's season ticket at the swimming pool. The pool was across town, just past the football field, not far from the city park
In the winters I remember always playing in the snow. We had snow ball fight and made snowmen. When I was younger there was a big blizzard and the snow was over my head. One day school got canceled and my mom made my favorite. Then me and my brothers went out to play in the snow. I put on my favorite boots.
As a boy I went to Disney World with my school. We went to all the amusement parks and ate at a lot of restaurants. The rides were all fun and the food was delicious. Me and my friend got lost for a couple hours and everyone was looking for us.Then my parents came and took me and my brothers to Universal Studios. All the rides there were fun too like the roller coaster.
When I got a little older I started to play football. I was in little league and I had never played before. I was fast so the coaches put me some where on the field. Then started to really like football.

I need home remedies?

Q. Im constanstly spitting/coughing up mucus. my throat is sore. nose is cloged. Short breath.
I think my allergies are acting up again -.- Is theree any thing i can do? [:

Answer
Try eliminating any milk and dairy products you consume for a week and see if your symptoms abate any. Aside from the fact that milk and dairy products are mucous producing, it is entirely possible that you are lactose intolerant and your system has simply built up a level of tolerance so that you don't actually h ave major health problems from it but never do actually feel vital and bouncing and 100%. Increase your consumption of fresh fruit and green and salad vegies. All rich in calcium and the greens are rich in both calcium and magnesium.

For your sore throat gargle with warm salty water but please ensure that the salt you use is pure celtic sea salt..... not the commercialised "nice white" table salt that has been processed with a ghastly amount of chemicals such as aluminium (to make it flow) and chlorine (to make it nice and white).. real sea salt is greyish or pinkish in color and you can get it from any good health food store for around $6.00AUD per 500gm bag.... it needs to be refridgerated to keep it fresh too.... simply put a teaspoon full into a glass of warm or room temperature water and stir up and gargle with it every couple of hours.

Also squeeze a fresh lemon into a mug and top with an inch of cold water and then fill with hot water and sip on that. Lemons are rich in vitamin C which is a powerfull antioxidant and will quell the pain dramatically. Have two mugs if you have to. Or ... if you're brave ..... slice a lemon into quarters and suck on each quarter (rinsing your mouth afterwards to protect the enamel on your teeth). ... Yum, I love lemons. Good for alkalising an acid tummy or quelling the pain from acid refux too.

Or squeeze fresh oranges and drink the juice. Only the fresh juice though, not the processed packaged highly refined loaded with nutritionally void processed sugar kind though. Avoid processed sugar while you're trying to recover as it will only leach precious minerals and nutrients from your system.... actually, avoid processed sugar anyway.

Another brilliant way to knock the wind out of a sore throat or cold or flu symptoms is to buy yourself some olive leaf extract from the health food store or pharmacy..... take Olive leaf Extract in a liquid form two or three times daily just before food..... 30ml each time..... works a treat for me.... and i use it for my grade school children too.... my eldest just went to camp and came back with a sore throat and very sore raw lips and mouth.... within 3 days of taking 30ml of olive leaf twice daily his symptoms have all but vanished.... buy the natural flavored variety as the flavored ones contain less concentration of the active ingredient oleuropein... Olive leaf extract has been used as a natural antiotiobic for thousand years, but is only recently that scientific research has shown that its active ingredient oleuropein, has the ability to fight a broad range of infective microorganisms.... Oleuropein has been found to be effective in fighting bacteria, fungi, yeasts, parasites and viruses in laboratory studies.

And drink lots of fresh filtered water to help flush out the germs and hydrate you and avoid milk and dairy as it is mucous producing..... the shortness of breath could very well be dehydration.. you need water for your lungs to breathe, to digest your food, to transport nutrients, to lubricate your joints, to think clearly, to do anything at all really.

bless
